    Q: What options are there to attend Realize LIVE Americas?

    A: Realize LIVE Americas will be a hybrid event. You can attend in person at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas with full access. Limited content will be available virtually.

    Q: What are the differences between the in person and virtual part?

    A: Limited content will be available virtually and will focus on knowledge transformation. 

    If you join us in person, you can experience the community live, connect face to face (with appropriate distance) with your peers, selected exhibitors and Siemens employees and gain access to the full breadth of content we have to offer. 

    Q: What are the costs of attending Realize LIVE Americas

    A: Registering to access the limited virtual content is free of charge.

    Q: How do I pay?

    A: When registering you will directly pay via credit card.

    Q: My organization requires that I pay for my registration with an invoice — is this possible?

    A: No, it is only possible to pay via credit card payment. 

    Q. How do I get an invoice?

    A: You will receive a confirmation email that will include a pdf invoice. Please reach out to us if you have further requests. 

    Q: How can I justify my trip to my leadership?

    Q: Are there any deadlines that I have to keep in mind?

    • January 31st: Notification of speakers (acceptance/rejection)
    • March 31st: For approved speakers only: Last day to submit your final presentation document
    • April 1st: Early bird offer ends
    • April 4th: Room block reservation ends

    Q: What are the cancellation fees?

    A: Upon cancellation by email at least 60 days before the Conference, Siemens Industry Software will refund Your entire Conference registration fee.

    Upon cancellation by email at least 30 days before the Conference, Siemens Industry Software will refund 50% of Your Conference registration fee.

    For cancellations less than 30 days before the Conference, no registration fee will be refunded. Refund requests will only be acknowledged until seven days post event (May 19, 2022, 5:00 p.m. ET)

    Q: What if I cannot travel due to Covid19?

    A: If you cannot travel due to official Covid19 regulations we will fully refund your registration fee. Please contact us and provide formal paperwork.

    Q: What is the best mode of transportation from XXX airport to get to Mandalay Bay?

    A: Shuttles are available at the airport, which generally cost $8-$10 per person. Or, taxicabs, Uber or Lift are available outside on the east side of the baggage claim, outside door exits 1-5. The hotel address is, Mandalay Bay Hotel, 3950 S Las Vegas Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89119.
